is there anyway to control that? like how many strikes can be put down?

I think it can be controlled, because I’ve been on some servers where there’s artillery every 3 feet, and on others where a single field op who doesn’t know what he’s doing can waste the only strike that seems available.
if you’re playing on a server with no weapon restriction, and you hear that, seriously, there is A LOT of artillery on the screen.

nope i found out g_heavyweaponrestriction controls that too. i put it on 2 and only 2 people could send art. come on man you know =XD=

g_heavyweaponrestriction * teamsize = number of each
artillery,
2(g_heavyweaponrestriction * teamsize)
= max number of artillery per team per minuite [capped at 6]
I’m experimenting between 10 and 20, on a 20-man server. SD server is 10 and imo too low, its rather annoying actually trying to set any off at all. 20 still allows quite a bit of spammage though.
something I’ve just noticed is its missing how the rounding works for heavy weapons. I’ll have to check if it rounds up, down or nearest (i.e. would 15+ allow 2 PF on a 10 man team).
If you set it to 2, that means only 2 percent of the number of players can use heavy weapons and also affects the airstrikes/artillery. It’s better to set this at something like 15-20 percent if you want to limit.
