i have never said that there is a magic fix for cheaters, not once
my point is that out of the multitude of anti-cheat systems out there this is not a very good one

While i didn’t read the whole thread as i said it was the top of a google search i read the first few posts which were along the lines of my point, i was tired and i missed the age of the tread and i couldn’t be bothered to read umpteen pages of a thread.
When i went back to it with fresh eyes i removed it and apologised.
The fact that you are now dwelling on it and using it as ammunition is a little petty to be fair.
Then when i do post a link that validates my argument completely you conveniently hide behind forum rules instead of taking it at face value and discussing as such.

Amerika was correct in his response to posting unacceptable content. Mentioning that cheats are available is a fact of life, it happens in games, and we all have to deal with it. It isn’t a taboo subject here, although there are certain restrictions on how and what can be discussed. Linking to such sites, and drawing faulty conclusions, trying to persuade others to accept misinformation, are certainly not proper forum conduct. There is no justification for posting these types of things.

Just as a FYI I am all for expressing opinions, even negative ones. It’s all in how you say it, and making sure your opinion is expressed appropriately. if you have a question about the fine lines of what may or may not be acceptable, the mods are always here to help.

Please remember that direct attacks on other forumers, including mods, are not productive to our community. Such things should be reported and will be handled promptly. If you have a personal issue with someone, we do have a PM system. Use it and work out your differences in a mature manner. Personal conflicts should never be used as discussion points.
