Update your GFX card driver. (Get it from ATI or nVidia, depending on your card. The one included in Windows doesn’t work).

Try this link:
http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html

Edit:

I’ve found another link (left hand side):
http://www.ati.com/index.html

[edit2]
I’v found the following at swertcw.com:

I’ve found several news that you should avoid V 4.10.
There’s a problem with punkbuster and this driver version.

What kind of card do you have mate?

Right Click on My Computer / goto device manager and Display adaptors and note the make of card / onboard graphics and then you can find the exact driver if need be. Some older cards dont support GL and others wont run ET till you get the correct driver

Also install latest DirectX and OpenGL stuff.

Note; is this an easter egg?

...calling LoadLibrary( 'C:\WINDOWS\System32\opengl32.dll' ): succeeded

Theres a secret smiley! cough
