I have two questions/issues.
- It seems like the “gib health” a person has (the amount of damage a dead player takes before being gibbed) has been toned down a lot. Playing on a 6-map campaign yesterday my friend and I noticed a lot of people, including ourselves, being gibbed almost instantly.
Not just from grenades and the like too. A regular MP40 or Thompson shoots at you, and you’re just gibbed. The medic never even has a chance to save you.
Playing on limited lives servers like we do, this is really frustrating. It makes the medic’s job that much more difficult when the people all around him are gibbed the very same instant they are killed. And no, they are NOT tapping out either.
The second issue is this
- The “Most Frags” leader in the game seems to be way off sometimes. For a while I thought it added the kills you got in the previous game, but those didn’t always add up. While I was getting most kills for several maps, the numbers it was giving me didn’t add up to my totals.
Let’s say I had 11 kills with the MP40, 15 with the FG42, 2 grenades, three satchels, and a knife. Somehow my kill total would be something like 50 or sometimes even 100. It seems like simply getting the most kills also adds a seemingly random number of extra kills to the list. Either way you got most kills, but it would be nice if it were more accurate.
The only thing I can think of is that it’s also counting gibs. If I’m missing something there though, please feel free to tell me what it is.
