They’re probably going to put those in the steam trading and market, so if you want a specific skin, trade with friends or buy them off others.
Well, I expected that I’ll be able to use any weapon\body skin I earned from my existing ranked\event loadout cards with any set of perks\weapons,
and on top of that we’ll be introduced to new skins via events\shop\grinding,
but oh well, more paid random random would be fine instead (no it won’t) :’(
