Have yet to see this - looks great though. I’d like to see some of the extra routes/areas in the execution maps make their way into the full versions of those maps. Seems like a no brainer…

maybe helpfull for the sd guys, because he points out the cool objs in brink and so on.

btw since the video makes clear that totalbuiscuit is a big fan of SD gamess ,SD should take an advantage out of it.

a that popular streamer/youtuber with a big influence and real enjoyment to SD games, can get the interest of many people!

What could make the objectives more fun and/or exciting? Hmmm. The objectives were very fun and exciting in ETQW. Why is that? I think some of it had to do with teamwork.

Being able to finish someone else’s plant was always exciting and fun! Having the timer and diffuse for the plant on the HUD allowed everyone to see exactly what was going on and that heightened the tension. XT already allows multiple people to erect the barriers and to help scoot the EV along, but another missing bit of teamwork is the datacore transport. I don’t think I’ve ever picked one up that a fellow teammate has dropped. Maybe if you drop the datacore then the opposing team can’t manually return it? This would have teammates working together to get back to where it was dropped and move the action to a different part of the map. Maybe it would auto-timeout if not picked up within a certain time? It should also just be run over to be picked up. The few seconds it takes now is pointless. Capping areas, and hacking objectives or ok I guess as they also involve teamwork to get accomplished faster.

Yep miss plant, tricks plant, finish the plant of someone, plant with 2 engie to arm it quicker etc … and we are talking about 1 obj design.
Now this is a bit frustrating to be so limited.

what would you think about engi can onlöy drop c4 ,but all can arm it.
would be a compromise.(i think we already had this in the alpha)

we had something similar. everyone could drop a c4, and everyone could arm. it was a much better system than we currently have in place, but i would personally love to have the eng be the only class that can physically put one down, and the rate of arming would be limited to the tools that each class has.

i mean if the engi has as only the c4 drops it and all aim it, it would cut down frustration by new players, but let more teamplay and taktik be required.

Could there be 2 types of C4, personal for non-engineers and engineer specific but only other engineers can arm it?
