I'm in some trouble here..

About a year ago I use to cheat in ET, but it wasnt’ for long and then I didn’t play ET for a year. I just installed it again yesterday and I keep getting kicked for Wallhacks, even though I can’t see through walls. That leads me to believe that maybe some files were left behind in the uninstall, and my old profile was still there. :???:

How do I remove every ET file, profile, hack, everything? I really want to play ET but can’t because of me being stupid enough to use hacks a year ago.
I’ve updated PB and all that, so I think it does have to do with a hack that was left somewhere to do with ET.

It looks like the hack is still installed but not active.

If you don’t know how to get rid of it (is it in add/remove programs?) then you will have to format and reinstall Windows.

I have tested wallhacks and stuff also…to test what im up against… but i coudnt dream of , playing with it regulary, or even TRY it on a public pb server, just of fear of getting banned from this lovely game.
i cant say if its your situation is fair or not, u say “i used to cheat”… then it tells me…you used it…for what it was; a cheat …and then ure a cheater!, hope you learned ur lesson, as cerebrate said.

a good aimer once told me that aimbot helps ur aim. He recommended me to go to a non etpro non pb server and try it. I did but i couldnt get it too work…so i just gave up lol.

Never done wallhackss but it does seem a bit like what goes around comes around.

It doesn’t matter if you are "only testing it on a non-PB, non ETPro server.

If you don’t know how to get rid of it and one of the anti cheat systems finds it in your system then you will get a ban.

If you don’t want a ban then don’t even test cheats.

I used to test hacks and cheats to see if they were PB proof if they were pb proof I mailed the names to Evenbalance to get rid off most cheaters grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr… hacking and cheating sux !!!

so I think its only fair that this happened to you :stuck_out_tongue:

Personally I think your “owning app” left some traces in your windows system directory LOL… in a wicked way I hope you will never find them :wink:
