so I would just like to properly thank the people at SplashDamage for an amazing game that has (and still does) given me MANY hours of enjoyment.

I’d also like to thank ALL the people who are putting together add-on maps, keep up the good work as it is VERY much appreciated.

A BIG thank you to all the lovely people who host servers that we can all play on and have a great time (all except ND80 who is the head of the Irish mafia and I’m too scared to talk to even though I’m from the war torn police state known as N.Ireland).

And finally I’d like to say “GO AND FUCK YOURSELVES YOU FUCKIN’ BUNCH OF FUCKIN’ SPANNERS”, to everyone who has intentionally filed against me for accidental TKs.

I also would like to thank SD for this great free game and especially all the server ops. I NEVER have any trouble finding a good low ping server (which has been different with other games). Thank all of you server admins that spend time and recourses for our enjoyment.

ive been playing non stop since fuel dump - at least an hour a night.
Ive converted at leat 6 non RTCW players to it and even formed our own wee clan ( for fun just, full of N. Ireland players smyler!! Having our 3rd ET LAN party this Fri Night in Belfast)

Our circle of friends / girlfriends have attempted to take the piss buts its no use, we are having too much craic!!

BigUp Splash Damage and props to them for doing it from the UK, the work on ET dosent surprise me they are doing D3 stuff.

oh and i agree with DrGav - aint played another game since - PS2 has been shipped to my wee bro, Animal Crossing’s bound to have 100’s of cockroaches in my house, GBA might as well be a coaster lol

Well its only really kicking off this week at our first meet, gotta teach all these homies the maps and how to play, its probabaly gonna be [VPL] as in Visable Panty Line - but were just playin for laffs (only 2 real RTCW playa’s), giz a shout if you see us on, will be on all friday night.

Hey if you live near belfast ya could swing by - We r playing up in Stranmillis! 5 PC’s at the minute, dont know if BT broadband will take more (we had 4 workin grand over the 12th)

Sorry man I had the good sense to leave the place 12 years ago, so I invaded england and sorta went to university for too many years, got married, got overpaid for doing nothing and recently got two babies.

With regard your BT line, oh dear, I’m suprised you get one guy going OK even on a nearby server, I had one of my old school mates on ET the other day (he’s a friggin’ programmer for BT in Atlantic house or buildings or whatever it is) and everytime I was dead and in his head there was nothing but connection interrupted every other 30 seconds or so (and no he wasn’t downloading porn, he’s a good catholic boy and doesn’t even know what a woman is).

But I will have a look out for the [VPL] boys and will accept NO EXCUSES about Harp and Bushmills mixtures whenever you get yer arses handed to ye’s on a plate.

Well over the 12th we had 4 PC’s and i think someone on Xbox live on yr mans 512k Openworld, i think he piggybacks thru Stranmillis College as thats where he lives. So we are gonna attempt 5 machines this week.

As for the [VPL] only myself and cocoFSTAR can cut it, the rest are trainees so sock it too em!

As for the excuses it wont be Harp & Busmills, its Buckfast & Stella these days :beer: (and copious amounts of smoke!)

I too have been playing so much… I have ISDN at home and my friend has ADSL in the city… I find when I take my box there, I don’t leave for a few days, don’t eat much and everything gets a little awry…

But hey, it’s free… keeps me focussed on one thing and I’m having fun the whole time… Does anyone else get the shakes from playing so long? They’re a little scary, but go away with a short jog and some tea.

No, but I take care of myself. Take more breaks. It doesn’t really matter what you do when you take a break as long as it’s away from the pc and not stressy on the mind. You need to break every 2 hours. The mind can’t focus continuously for longer (well it can but it’s not healthy) and if you do it can cause a nerveous breakdown (on the long term).
