If you had a server–or, in other words, what is the ideal server for you?

Mine would be…

  • 16 or 18 players–not sure
  • ETPro 3.2.0 (duh)
  • No heavy weapons whatsoever
  • WolfRoF off
  • No riflenades
  • cg_clamptoedge 0 allowed
  • Objective mode
  • XP allowed, so medics could get their extra clip bonus
  • Medics can’t surpass level 1 first aid
  • FieldOps can’t surpass level 1 signals (prevent spam)
  • Engineers can’t surpass level 1 engineering (no more 8 nades)
  • Light weapon max level 3, with XP tier 40, 90 and 160 or so
  • Map cycle: tc_base, supplydepot2, oasis, sw_goldrush_te and frostbite (people got this one, right?)
  • No friggin’ watermarks or extra pk3 files other than a nice transfer rate for maps
  • Idle players would be kicked after 3 minutes or so
  • Regular players can’t spectate for more than 5 minutes (not sure if it’s possible to regulate it)
  • Pronedelay and whatever it takes to prevent proning
  • I don’t know much about the technical network stuff, though

Mine would be the same.

Except for:

[/li][li]g_heavyweaponrestriction at 20 (or maybe 10?)
[/li][li]No rifle nades limit
[/li][li]Game type Campaign
[/li][li]No level restriction, but the XP needed to gain a level x2 or x3
[/li][li]Only default maps and default campaigns

-24 players
-ETPro
-2 heavy weapons per team
-riflenades on
-xp save on
-6 original maps plus supplydepot
-idle players kicked after 5 min.
-game type Campaign
-the name would be The Castle XP Save

mine would be etpro wíth the truly xpsave thought :wink: that would be too ace picking a map after map as a ref and still gain xp whilst playing etpro.

xp save is the easiest way to ruin this game, play SW,now THAT’S the way to play

Playing the same two maps on public after each other is mostly tedious, because the teams aren’t same from all the time.
