@Merciless and I each got an event case yesterday night at the same time, and neither of us have bought a single booster or participated in this event in any way what-so-ever since it began.

Which is pretty F’d up for people who’ve spent exorbitant amounts of credits on boosters…

You are not the only one. Also got no event case with 5 boosters and close to 20 hours playtime during the last week.
But 3 cobalts? Lucky you! I’m at level 57 and have yet to get my first cobalt from a case.

Sounds to me like there is a bug that increases the chance by a huge amount of getting a case after the first couple of matches when the rotation changes… well not for me though

In week 1, I started with 2 boosters and made my way up to 9 boosters until I get a single drop on the very last day. Slap in the face, of course, that RNGesus gave me one of the worst Sawbonez cards.

I’m currently at 5 boosters and no drop in this second week, buying boosters as I can afford them.

I’ve played a little over a 100 hours over the past two weeks so you can imagine how many rounds that converts to. Meanwhile, nearly every Rhino I encounter is a Special Edition one.

What. The. Fuck.

I’m going to have to admit, I am incredibly salty right now. I’ve kept my cool for a while, understood that RNG can sometimes get messy, but this is as far as it goes.

I’m sorry, but with 100+ hours playtime in the past two weeks alone (not playing weekends, long distance relationship), that’s 7 hours a day average.

You’re not going to tell me.
Never going to tell me.
Not possibly going to have me believe.
That in those weeks, once with 2 boosters climbing up to 9 and now with 5 boosters.
Could it possibly.
Remotely.
Not in the furthest.
Not give me a drop other than that one I got in the end of Week 1.

It makes absolutely, resolutely, verily, NO SENSE.

There is no way in hell that this system works, and although I’m usually kinda chill (win some, lose some, survive to tell the tale), I feel really SCREWED over.

I wonder how much more information we have to provide until SD finally admits that boosters don’t do anything? From what I can read here, the W2 drops on the first match are completely unrelated to having boosters or not.
So far I have played 20 hours during the event. If I’m as unlucky as you, I will probably have to play another 50 hours to get my first drop. Boosters working as intended …

I didn’t play on the first day of week 1 (played a lot since thursday thursday 7.04) and didnt recieve any cases until the first day of week 2, when after a couple of games i rolled 382 sporx. No boosters.

this event is one giant clusterfuck

I have played the majority of it with 5+ boosters, i am up to 8 boosters, had over 45 regular case drop, still 0 event cases have dropped.

can somebody explain to me why then, people who have bought 0 boosters have had 2 event case drops, with very little time played?

if its the “nature if chance” or some other bullshit, no, it must be 1 in a billion chance of this, the fact that you could put 300 hours in over the 5 weeks of this event and get nothing because of probability ect ect is, quite frankly, disgusting.

If i don’t have an event case drop by the end of week 2 i am through with this game, me and my money will be going elsewhere, where you actually get what you pay for, not a low statistically chance it might not be a fairy dust covered turd.

Either these boosters are broken, or what they add is so insignificant its not worth having, at least from my experience with them, severely disappointed with this event to be quite honest.
