A body-type specific ability doesn’t really fit into the game. Increase Heavy HP to 200 and Medium HP to 160. With weapon improvements this could balance the body types.
Idea for Heavies: Bull Rush

But the game already has body-specific abilities. - Only Lights can wall hop and climb high obstacles.

The only body-type that has a gripe if heavies got an ability like Bull Rush, is mediums, as they would then be the only body-type that had nothing.

Mediums get to not look fat or anorexic.
With the latest tweaks, and the Heavies starting to become more relevant, I now want this ability more and more. 
I played heavy last night for a few hours. Some of the guns are very powerful now, like the shotgun. Heavy is a bullet sponge. Because of his slow movement, when he gets shot, its hard for him to avoid shots. For this reason, I still prefer light. Heavy is a style choice.
I may have posted already I don’t remember, but heavies should also not be knocked down by slide tackles from lights or mediums. Injured sure but they should only be knocked over by a square hit to the face by a heavy or mediums melee.
