I think you have to “edit” the message, and one of the options/buttons is to delete the post. I think…

edit: maybe not, just tried to edit this and delete it as a test… Grrrr, guess we have to read the FAQ <kicks dirt>

edit/re-edit: FAQ does not have clear answer. I tried deleting all the text to see if that made some sort of state change that enables a delete button - didn’t work.
