I have been haveing problems with ET locking up/freezing after upgradeing. I could tell you the 101 things i tried that didnt work but ill spare you , i realized that when ET froze everything else stayed on(HD,KB,HDledblinking)only the video was frozen so i figured it was the grapchics card related , so how many things could i tinker with well ill spare you all the details and just tell you that it was in the AGP driver you need to either roll back your apg driver or update it. This was the only thing that worked for me. Maybe it will work for you. Post here if it works for you too. Peace!!
I just wanted to add every thing else on my system was working fine i just had ET problems.
