Been playin a long time and I am still rubbage at it. It’s faily demoralising :>

I know objectives & classes fairly inside out, but I need to keeel people better, and not die like the big pansy I am all the time :nag:

Big mouse pad, low sens. I have 0.65 but you don’t have to go as low as that.
Always a fourleaf clover in you pocket.
Avoid walking under ladders.

get yourself a REAL weapon like a riflegrenade or mortar
play it dirty: spawnrape, backrape, or lean and then vaporize yourself, AN ENEMY, and foolish bystanders with a panzer
check for idle players in spawnareas for an easy knife kill
get the spinning field op script, diss out some ammo for a while and then go do your double arty everywhere

I’m in the same boat, Errol. Been playing maybe a half hour a day for over a year and I still suck at 1 vs. 1. I think a lot of it comes down to basic eye-hand coordination, which I lack, apparently. Also being unemployed or 14 years old and living at home might help. Nothing to interrupt obsessive ER playing. I always play engi, and I’ve finally come to realize the joy of the riflenade. It gives the average hack like me a fighting chance to survive more than 2-3 minutes at a time.

I use the bottom right hand corner of the crosshair center dot to aim from far…and small burstspoppoppop. down they go and they say …NO WAY!!
nades…1…2…3…4…boom!!! Listen to the timing, get the feel in case of lag.
riflenades…high bounce points around corners.
Prone prone prone…and kill kill kill. prone and 1234…nade is the best!!!
When hiding…don’t move and face your gun into walls or boxes…I always spot the guns or hear a random reload…even a weapon switching!!!

ahahahahaha…I love this game!!!

Tips tho, aim for the headhitboxes rather then the model. Use my uber h4xx0r cfg.
Also, bob is a pain in the ass, lower all bob to 0.000 (commands like: cg_bobroll etc, type in console /cg_bob and press tab)
