can we please stop talking about the way ‘the game should be played’? as if there was some FPs religion ‘thou shall not reload after firing one bullet’ ‘though shall always troll your opponents’

people play to have fun. there is votekick available for the majority to kick WHOEVER THEY PLEASE. this is not a moral dilemma, if the majority wants you off the server you might want to consider changing servers. all the drama is for naught, no one will ever police the validity of individual kick votes, lol

I work full time, for now two jobs, so I work about 54 hours a week. So my playtime is limited, when I hop on to play Dirty Bomb, I want to play Dirty Bomb, not Melee Bomb. And people who encourage this crap, and want to play something different from the main game, make a private server.

We came here to play the game, it’s clearly a shooter, anyone with a brain can see that. If you’re going to kick me or anyone else for using guns, you’re an a hole. No ifs or buts about it, you are a grade a f&%^i*&g a hole.

I agree it’s unfair to enforce people to do something as someone said (don’t remember who).
But at the point you joined a game and everybody was agreed to play with a certain rule (official or not), if you want to change it, then YOU enforce people, not the one who kick you. Everybody was agreed, none of the players were enforced of the rule.

Leave a server and find another take about 30s to 1mn with the lock in part. Not that long.

I never said the lobby should be melee only or the game should be played that way. Or how the game supposed to be played. You can play it one way or the other. People agreed on playing it the other way. Multiple people. And he is alone in the room not following to what others agreed with. The people most likely asked him to play melee or said beforehand that they play melee. Not that the game is supposed to played in a way they want it.

what if you want to play minimum level 10?
what if no minimum level 10 around and thats the only minimum level ten?

i mean i work too like @whatsyurdeal. i spend money on dirty bomb to help them develop.

they provide the community private server to make these canc-i mean players play with their own kind. The Public Is the UNIVERSAL version. if people wants to play canc-i mean melee they can go to private server!

have dirty bomb made rule about how things should go in Public server like in Battlefield?
they should make one.

No it didn’t. You made an argument about gameplay mechanics and if you’re allowed to do it or not, totally unrelated to your issue of not agreeing with a majority of people playing by rules they made.

Then it’s bad for you, but anyway, people on the only lvl10 server available at the moment want to play melee only, if they quit for a private server, you’ll be alone on the server. Is that what you want ? If so, find an empty server and begin your game.
If your only friends want to play in a different way, play with them or don’t play. They have rights to decide in which way THEY play, if you don’t agree, don’t force them to play like you want, even if your way to play is the “right” way.

It is pretty stupid and I’ve been kicked for this too, but the thing is if enough players on the server decide they want you gone because you aren’t complying with their invented rules, that’s the way it works. That’s because the game is setup in a way to allow players to vote on kicking someone.
