i cant move!!

with a competitive match coming up on radar i needed to get a good cfg for the map, as playing with 30fps really hurts the aim

so i got a new cfg and i get 125 fps without the grass, so thats really good, but scince applying this new cfg i cant move. basically its like my mouse it not active in ET but is still left on the desktop

so i cant move my xhair, but i can still move my desktop cursor and i can move it all over the ET programme, as if ET was running in the backround, but it isnt

i really need help to fix this, please help me someone. :frowning:

You went from 30 - 125 just by changing config? I’d love to see that. I went from 60 - 120 but it cost me £500 in upgrades!!

Could you post the config so we can have a look?

well it was 30fps in the worst grassy areas, on this one it doesnt go below 125 fps, but i only tested it on a non-grass server, but on my old cfg a non grass server i would get 60-70 fps and this one is steady 125.

it might be because this one uses r_mode 4 and my old one used r_mode 6 . aswell as some other changes

All depends what CPU / Graphics card you use. Lowering resolution doesn’t help much if your CPU ain’t man enough for the job.

Anyway, if you want to post the config we can take a look, but first thoughts are check the values of cl_freelook (should be 1) and r_fullscreen (should be 1).
