ˇumm i didn’t read the warning and i can’t play on any server becasue i have this 2-d look:S
how do i change it back to FPS-style?

hummer wrote in his ReadMe:

  • If you didn’t read the above before playing, then hopefully, you have your old
config somewhere else, and can simply /exec it. Otherwise, you’ll have to
load default settings and go from there.

i don’t understand wha tto do becasue i’m not english…
could anyone help? :banghead: :banghead: :frowning: [/quote]

Well to reset to defaults I guess you can always delete all etconfig.cfg files you can find in etmain/the profile folders/mod folders (maybe make copies of them just in case) - AFAIK the next time you start up ET creates those files with the default values. Or maybe create a new profile, look in the respective folder and overwrite the other config files with the one there? Dunno, I hope I wrote enough for someone else to roll their eyes and give you a correct answer

i got another config from my friend…

That ETConfig file was what the above above post was about. ETConfig is a config (.cfg) file that contains most of your ingame settings eg, Graphics, Display, Controls, Name… so, when you changed a setting/ran the rtcmb? it changed a setting in this config file. You could either have deleted this (etconfig.cfg) and when you restart it wouldve created a new one with default settings (hence fixing the problem) or do as you mentioned and get someone else’s. (Bare in mind you’ll be changed to all his settings etc).
