When submitting a player report if you have any screenshots or links to any video evidence we strongly recommend providing such evidence in your player report as this will better aid in our investigation of the accused.

**A Nexon account is required to submit a ticket, if you do not have a Nexon account you will need to create one before submitting a ticket.

You may submit your ticket by clicking on “Submit a Request” at the top right of our support page https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us. You will then need to select “Report Abuse” from the drop-down.

Once you select “Report Abuse” you will then need to select “Hack” from the “Please select the report reason” drop-down.

Lastly please fill in the appropriate fields with the requested information. Once you completed your player report please press “Submit” and we will look into it right away.

Why do players not show up in the recently played list in steam? Wouldn’t tying this in with that system be much more intuitive and easy

With this system it takes a decent amount of work to report someone, likely many players would rather just quit and find another match because this is too involved… Idk

this.
We need that “customer support center screen” ingame + a list of recent matches with players

cuz the game doesnt even show up on your profile as being played/having it.

also, is it only possible to submit a ticket during support hours? I had tried to submit one at like 2am pst, but there was no Submit button on it at all even after entering all the info into the form. yet when I went to the page the next day during support hours, I would of been able to submit somthing because the Submit button was there

@diabolicalKeyboard The issue with the submit button should be resolved if not please update us.

Thanks,

@GM_Radrodo Is there an easy way to get the server name that you’re playing on? After I join the server name is not displayed anywhere and I am not familiar enough with the UE console to query the name myself. And, for some odd reason, it’s totally missing from the game UI.

(Nail) #7

iirc, screenshots used to carry that info

(GM-Radrodo) #8

@Amerika I will bring up this issue with the appropriate parties.

It won’t work because it can’t work. Until there is reporting via scoreboard (and a simple one, in a few clicks) + a replay feature, you will not have a reliable report system. Because 99% of time, people will not go through chores to send you a ticket.

Sorry if I’m being a d!!ck but I’m dreaded by a perspective of hax insurgency when OBT starts.

(genuineScion) #10

There really should be a way to report in game, false reports would happen more often so you’d have to investigate only after a certain threshold that way - I assume the current system actively reviews reports from anyone who goes through the chore of doing someone’s job for them (no offence to anyone in particular, but stopping hackers shouldn’t be a player’s responsibility in an ideal system).

Today I’ve seen in a game for the first time hacker (play four days total)…
Named the “Dave” I was looking for (Players report) and I found this forum

For me say that this system of reporting cheaters is crazy.

smartIsland + convincingMollusk: I totally agree and I require the same

PS:
From 2007 to 2011, I played Call of Duty 4 on ESL

And I know wallhack + aimbo + ESP (Dave use)

(glibKitten) #12

The link to report currently isnt working for me?

Someone was hacking in my game today, score 67-5, all headshots.

I have screenshot of him admitting it and saying even if you perma ban him
it doesnt matter because he can change ip, etc etc.

Where do i report him now?

(MULKMULKMULKMULKMULKMULKMULK) #13

headshotting in 3 different directions while in air… plz fix :disappointed:

(Snark) #14

it would be quite nice if this function worked at this time.

edit: now works.

(almondOrchid) #15

Please allow players to report others in-game. So many more hackers would be reported.

(MethodOwn) #16

If we’re going to submit screenshots it would be helpful for everyone if you could include the server information on the scorescreen or as an optional watermark on screenshots. I don’t even know what server I’m on most of the time, because I always use the “Quick Join” option and it only flashes the name briefly before I’m connected. I don’t know where it’s available once on a server because I don’t recall seeing it anywhere.

(convincingEmerald) #17

The only way to see the server name is to leave midmatch and see what you’ll be reconnecting to. You’d have to just remember what server you connected to if you joined something from the lobby. Can this be fixed in an update?

(briefPecan) #18

Get this sorted. In-game, no nexon accounts, report button we can use fast and simple. CS GO style. You are losing thousands of reports atleast because people dont care that much to jump around hoops. Its easier to install and play with hacks, than its to report them.

(efficientPeriscope) #19

SoL is right, there is a huge problem with hackers in this game and there’s no proper report system, faster we deal with it, the better.

(Black) #20

Exactly.
The longer you wait for this system the more players you are going to lose due to hacking.
