Please for the love of all sacred make this easy to do in-game, like right clicking the person’s name and selecting “Cheating”. Don’t let your game fall flat on its face before it’s gotten out of the gate.

Went through the whole time-consuming process of recording and uploading the video, filling in all the fields, making the account, etc., only to find that pressing the submit button does nothing.

I don’t think I did anything wrong and other people have had this same problem. Hope a better alternative comes along soon.

There is a guy in the steam forums, advertising a hack called “helicopter-mod”. http://steamcommunity.com/app/333930/discussions/0/530646080867152711/#p1. He´s saying that he´s the creator of this hack, dont know if that´s true, but it´s probably worth investigating. Also, he´s been trolling a whole lot, just straight up trying to piss people off

I also love how they are making it more accommodating for people that use “Non-standard” characters in their steam name. So filing a ticket is again useless as i have no clue what their name is if i don’t have the same font installed on my computer. So all i see is square square square lll square square square for a name. As others have said, without a way to report in game via the already in place F5 vote or Tab and click anything else is for the most part a waste of time and most people will not bother. Quit and find a new match. This is also why i refuse to do the competitive matches anymore even for the credits. Get in and there is either a hacker or the teams are jacked up and its 6 on 4 or 7 on 3 some how and you cant switch teams OR quit the match without getting penalized.

This is pretty ridiculous and borderline pointless reporting new accounts. It’s a F2P game so hackers will shit on us until they’re either bored making new accounts or there isn’t anyone to hack on.

I don’t even know why I’m even bothering typing this out. Maybe a dev will accidentally click on this thread and copy-paste a canned/generic response just so that he/she can at least say they responded.

This is a completely stupid report system,Just recorded footage of a player clearly aimbotting came to submit Name/upload footage,seen the form you have to fillout and realize i only have footage and a name and cant fill in the rest of the fields, If this is the extremes i have to go to to keep a game i enjoy cheater/hacker free then F it,i have spent far too much time on previous games recording/editing footage uploading online then filling out forms just to keep some little A**hole from ruining my fun and im not about to start doing that here too

Server name - is it displayed anywhere during the match? I couldn’t find it, but I hope other information will be enough to ban a blatant aimbotter I just encountered…

Write the nickname of the character in Dirty Bomb during that match(if you change nicknames often).

By server,write just specified region(EU,US East,AUS,Asia etc.)

It says one character YOU created. Not the hacker. The whole field is useless, pointless, stupid.
If they wanted the REGION server they should’ve put REGION. As it stands the SERVER name doesn’t even display ingame.

I assume they put in the character field to prevent bot spam (IE to prove you’re human) or something.

Although the wording is weird. The hell do they mean by “created”?

you should really show the server name/IP in the score-screen, along with the playernames.

why doenst work the console command “PlayerList” ? The cheaters tend to use same names as other players @ server, so i need kind of a GUID !

how pathetic and useless. Threads with evidence are deleted. Who is nexxon ? I play dirtybomb and you sell blink blink things from dirtybomb. Get your stuff together an make a report function. Also a kick vote is needed in the infested Comp mode.

Is there a reason that, when I try to submit a hack report with included video files, the submit button grays out but apparently does nothing?

I’ve tried twice now, same result.
