How to get shrubbot working on ETPub 0.4.1.

I can’t get shrubbot.cfg to work. It has only commands for ETpub 0.4.1. In my server.cfg, I put set g_shrubbot “shrubbot.cfg”. I have placed the shrubbot.cfg I got from ShrubET 1.2 - Test 13 and just replaced everything with ETPub 0.4.1 flags and made my self admin in shrubbot.cfg. It never says in the console that Shrubbot is enabled and when I type Shrubbot in the console, it says Unknown command Shrubbot. I have placed both my server.cfg and shrubbot.cfg in my etpub folder (just inside etpub, not inside etpub-0.4.1). What did I do wrong?
