How to get ET to work?

Hello all, I have installed ET and whenever I choose a server I will get this message:
Game code (ui_mp_x86.dll) failed Pure Server Check.
Does anyone have an idea on how to stop this?

If I recall correctly, this error can be fixed by launching the game as Administrator.

Right-Click on your desktop shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility Tab -> Check “Run this program as an administrator” -> OK
