How to evade ban?

(bubishon3) #1

there is way to evade ban that some admin in clan server gave me?
i was mortar near the spawn not the spawn NEAR it and he bannedme.
probebly he banned my PB ID there is way to change my PB ID or evade the ban in other way?
I jus stop mortar NEAR the spawn even if it is ok by the rules of the server.
thanx. :frowning:

simply delete the file ‘etkey’ in your etmain folder, type ’ PB_cdkeyreg’ in the console and ET should generate a new key.

Asking them to unban you would be the proper way to do it.
If you don’t think they can be reasoned with you should find another server… :suspicious:

big thank you senator, it’s work fine to me and sauron, i think i’ll use the easy way,
THANX SENATOR!  :drink:

(Fusen) #5

why do you want to play on a server which is run by such petty admins though?

(bubishon3) #6

coz the admins there sucks but the server is good
no lags
no noobs
just perfect

(Demolama) #7

and people wonder why etpro is working on a hardware based guid  … and other servers use a guid age script that kicks people when their age isnt met the minimum specs

(DG) #8

so the people who manage the server suck, and despite that the server is a miraculously good one? maybe the server is a good one because the admins “suck”?

particularily good servers usually come from admins who enforce rules, rules that are made from a two way process between what the admins and their regular players want. hence either follow the rules or go elsewhere, this is the way it works - the only way it works. If you dont like the way a server is run, or the rules there, obviously the server is not for you so go find another one.

The GUID age script is the best thing ever. Getting around bans BS. If you are banned, you probably deserved it, if not, suck it up.

(bubishon3) #10

DG you sound like intelegence informer, i dont know why but it’s creep’s me off… :weird:

(BondyBoy007) #11

Wouldn’t the actions of being banned from someone’s server and then deliberately bypassing the ban to reconnect mean that you have “unauthorised access to a computer system” ?

Because surely the act of being banned the owners of the server implies that they are expressly denying you access?

(Fusen) #12

I agree I’m gonna call the FBI on you!!1!

(DG) #13

no need, they know everything. :suspicious:
