How do I turn ETPro "on"?

I really like the new feature in v3 where you can filter out servers which uses ETPro, but this (and all the other menus) doesn’t show up when I start the game up; it only happens AFTER I’ve visited a servers which runs this mod.

So is there a command (like ‘etpro 1’) or something else that I could use to turn it on at the beginning?

Add +set fs_game etpro to the target path of your ET link on your desktop.
example:

"C:\Games\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory-PURE\ET.exe" +set fs_game etpro
