How do I 'cancel' a grenade?

I’ve seen people do this. How do they do it? Put the safty pin back on?

You cant. Throw it in the air or summit… :] or if your like me… always manage to TK at least 2 on Goldrush when Axis first spawn… i’ll prime and either TK whoevers planting up at mines or someone at side. Every time.

sometimes in spec it can appear someone has started priming a 'nade when they havent. IIRC the animation starts but the ammo counter and weapon icon flash (if you have that set in HUD options) doesnt change/flash like it would normally. Either that or someone’s figured it out and no-ones telling me :frowning:

Quite alot of dodgy animations tbh ive noticed…

Was playing as Panzer last nite v Mystery on Goldrush… as I spawn Allies 2nd Spawn to rush bank I switched to Pistol obviously and all of a sudden a huge arm with full hand in view all model’d/skin’d stuck out from the left mid side (not bottom or bottom left)… sat for a min trying to reproduce but it didnt happen… gotta check the demo and see if it happens again actually.

Yeah, I’ve specced people running around with just the arm. That happened in RTCW too.

Or having your gun half way through the reload animation.
