Hi im a new at all this stuff, got a server up and going but i cant play from the same computer (theres only 2 computers on the lan), is there anyway around this …as in changing a setting so i can. id really appreciate the help

Which game, ET or ETQW?

Assuming ET, type the following in the console after you started the client:
/connect 127.0.0.1:27960

(You’ll have to change 27960 if your server isn’t on the default port.)
