Hitsounds just wont work!!!!

hi all,

i am rather annoyed as i simply cannot get hitsounds to work.
i have downloaded a hitsounds.pk3 and chucked it into etmain and etpub but it wont work

i have tried /cg_hitsounds 1, but no luck.

please help

  1. plain etmain does not support hitsounds at all

  2. etpub needs a settings.cfg for hitsounds (http://etpub.org/e107_plugins/wrap/wrap.php?3)

You have to look for g_hitsounds, as hitsounds do only work when they are turned on server side.

This only counts for etpub as said above. Etmain does not support hitsounds.

lol i connected to a server and it downloaded a hitsounds pk3 into my etpub folder and now it works :smiley:
