Hey so I stopped playing after the Aimee event because overwatch came out and I was doing other stuff, but I am coming back now and if someone could give me a quick rundown of changes and stuff I would appreciate it. Things I need to know, how was crafting changed, what new plans are there for the game, what events did I miss, and I also saw something about new cards that came out, like they discontinued old ones or something?

New loadout cards are called generation 2 cards, they replaced the old cards (mostly replaced augments and weapons if old loadouts).

The MOFO update can be read on the website.

Ranked season 2 is here until June, play matches for points which can be used to buy a case which drops a limited card. Theres also a 2% chance to receive a case after each match.

Nexon isn’t working on DB anymore, SD plans on Turtle and Dockyard soon.

Thank you, so with the generation 2 cards, is it still possible to get generation one cards, or are they gone? Also, doesn’t nexon not working on dirty bomb mean anything to us?

OMG OVERWATCH IS BETTER THAN DIRTY BOMB BECAUSE IT HAS MORE CHARACTERS!!!

I hate people with that mentality. Sure, Overwatch has more characters, but Dirty Bomb and Overwatch are incomparable as they have completely different gameplay mechanics. You can, however, compare Paladins with Overwatch, and Dirty Bomb to ET or Quake.

Still not convinced, go back to Overwatch. Don’t need you here.

Honestly rather more maps with less characters. Games with 200 characters can just get overwhelming.

nono not at all, i play many games but DB is one of the games i got bored right now.

after getting some ranked cards i think im gonna go back to other games if i were you.

ranked games are only as fun as your team skill level.

hell, the newest character is pretty bland, i dont even like it as i like bastion
(bastion even has the best short animated movie)

i agree More=/= Better
but what i want is More Better Things in the game.
Quality matched with Quantity
(and the things ive seen in DB they are pretty capable of doing that)

hell, i dont care if some of the skins in Dirty bomb are locked behind Paywall

i just think added content is better than nothing at all.
