Remember the people saying 3D graphics is crap and will never be as good as good sprites (Duke Nukem3d) ?
Remember those people who were saying there will never be a game better than Quake1, and everything else is crap ?
Remember the people who said Wolfenstein:Enemy Territory is crap and all good players will stay with RTCW ?
See a pattern here ? No one will remember Battlefield games in a few months :D.

Oh and btw, people always forget about Codename Eagle, the first “battlefield” game. It came out before ET.
