I down loaded the new 2.60 patch, and I intalled it, then I logged into ET, then went into play online, but no servers loaded up, so I tried connecting on a familier ip address that I played on before, but it just sat at the CONNECTING window. I sure what Im not doing just takes common sense, and I made a mistake, but hopefully you can help.

Make sure you haven’t clicked internet/favorites/LAN game listings in the server browser screen.
You could always re-install ET, and then follow that with the patch install. DO NOT interrupt the patch install.
----If the server you were trying to connect to has a different game version, it will fail to connect anyways.
