If you mean Activision, they did publish 2 of SD’s games which I’m sure was worth a couple bacon sarnies over the years

Sometimes your best friend can become your worst enemy, especially when you and your best friend become separated, and you still live in a poor farm, and your best friend rises to the top. Your best friend becomes greedy, and tries to take over your farmland. Things like that happen, and it is no different from Activision and Splash Damage.

Also have you noticed that EA and Activision has switched roles now? Remember how Activision used to be the meh company, while everybody loathed EA on how they rush out their games to meet a deadline?

If you read my Mindblowing thread, EA is taking it slow, and to me, EA has become the meh company, while I loathe Activision, although I still buy their games only if I really want it badly.

With friends like Activision I would hate to meet their enemies…

i guess, AV can/might re-release “updated” ETQW version[new feats/maps, even small SP campaign maybe, with some RPG elements and huge customization focus[like in CoD 6(aka MW2) made].

p.s.
and yes, Activision less evil than 80% of their “collegues”
except notably, Codemasters, Ubisoft and few less well/widely-known.
yes, that comparsion, include EA/MS, ZM and other 1st-scale, pub-s.
but in general, “good publuisher” is still[like “humane genocider” or “smart idiot”]oxymoron.
just pick[in different situation] pub, which fit you[particular] needs in each case better[than rest] and get job done. with one and against rest.

p.p.s.
unsure how to rate THQ.
not actually very tranparent publisher.
