GTK-Radiant 1.5.0 on Win VISTA ERROR

I cannot see the common files i seen on a forum to change the path in
Edit-> Preferences-> paths
now i see this when i try to change the path? :

i also cannot see the common textures -> image shader missing with all
i searched evrywhere on forums and nothing works!
Reinstalling doenst work to.

Did you follow the special notes for Vista Users here: http://www.qeradiant.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi ?
