might want to, Winamp 5 streams Competition counter strike and Battlfefield 1942 and even half life speed runs. Ive been chatting with some of thier guys and pretty soon somtime within the next two weeks id like to say thell be streaming ET and RTCW videos. Ill update when i know more.

basically, if you check out E media now, youll see alot of Counter Strike frag movies, and alot of CS competition Coverage, and the guys that are runnign it are pretty new to ET they had only heard of it before so i got them to install it and give it a shot, so im guessing for right now if it gets up and running it will be a mixture of ET RTCW CS HL and BF42 movies. maybe down teh road there will be some ET competition coverage. but as of right now these guyus are still enw to the game so im trying to take it slow with them.

:banana: i talked to the guys from www.swertcw.com and E-Media, and both are willing to show frag videos of ET and RTCW. So as soon as it starts i hope have some of you guys veiwing the videos.

What kind of connection are we talking about to get a decent experience? Because when you say video I assume you don’t mean anything like WolfTV?

youll need high speed definatly. as you would for streaming almost all decent quality video across teh internet. but teh reso should be 400x300 and should be about 400kbps. there starting to show some Q3 Frag videos as we speak. ET shouild be shortly. And no its not exactly going to be ET TV. like i said waib shows Counter Strike Matches Half life speed runs, Battlefield matches and stunt videos. They will be shoaing all that and ET frag videos now. Maybe somtime down the raod in a few months well be able to get some sort of Quakcon coverage or ET competition play. but this is just one step closer to ET TV.

ET fragh videos are up, beign shown right now! tune in, get some viewers on there, the bigger boost in players they have the more thell show.

go to www.winamp.com then download the newest version of winamp called winamp 5. install, open and go to view and open media library, then go do on the side tree and click on internet tv then scroll through the channels looking for “E TV www.esport-media.com The ?E sport Community.” open that and enjoy =D

Nope, audio+video (Nullsoft nsv format) 40kB/s. I’d rather download frag movies than watch them at that quality though.
