I want to post this comment on gameplay in ET. I love the game but one thing really annoys me and that is the distance that ammo boxes get thrown when you deal them out as a Field Op.
If you stand next to a medic calling for ammo and aim straight forward you will give the ammo to yourself instead to the medic that need it so badly.
I usually give the ammo sideways or while backing up to avoid this but it is annoying so if there will be a patch soon I hope that this could be fixed.

well medics have the same problem dishing out meds as well. if you are on flat ground the problem is not that bad, but if you are on the lower end of a slant you have to make sure you are going backwards.
You could also jump back as you throw the ammo packs to avoid you picking them up yourself.
True, but a good workaround still does not solve the root cause of the problem.
this was in the test aswell, although now it’s easier to make an effort to aviod giving them to yourself. it still happens when standing still though, so really should add a little extra to the throwing distance or whatever is causing the problem.
