Now Quake wars. Can quake wars and the lame geforce 7300 LE work together as in decent framerate at high quality?

I doubt it would manage very well, lower resolutions might just be playable.
A good judge would be to fire up a copy of Doom3 or Q4, its been said that it’ll have similar requirements to those games (as it’s been pushed back into summer 07 there should be some better graphics cards to handle it by then)

It’ll run, period.
How it runs is for the benchmarkers to find out, I’d just play the waiting game.
