It is an issue, it turns a 6v6 into a 4v6 and then completely fucks the balancing for subsequent games in the lobby.

My point is xp = pointless and to top it off, they are hurting themselves. It’s a non-issue. They would have to be a moron to do it, in which case they were already a real “asset” to the team.
Missions aren’t relevant here, because 3 hours is more than enough time to get all missions done. They don’t earn extra credits either, since that is time based.(missions included)
I think it’s heavily/only affected by win/loss and not stats. Though I don’t see how that is a good way of doing it if it only takes the last 10 games into account. So maybe it’s a good mix, but I’m fairly certain win/loss heavily affects your rating.
95% of the vasili players also makes the teams uneven, hit them with the ban hammer >_>
