Future ET releases?

Many of the SD guys have expressed a sentiment of “yeah, we’d love to…”

Unfortunately, SD revenue from ET = nil. SD revenue from whatever they’re working on right now = presumably greater than nil. As much as we’d all love some more ET maps from the SD guys, it probably won’t happen until they get paid again ;^)

But they can take those top notch custom maps (I`m sure they play ET sometime or another) and add them in as a bonus patches (not that much work) so that “everyone” can have these customs and the longtivity of the game can continue.

I would be happy if they would just fix the minor bugs.

Like placing the thompson on a lvl 4 soldier on weaponbank2, it is supposed to replace the pistol.

They probably already have an in-house fixed version, all they have to do is post it.

Um I dont think the Thompson or MP-40 was supposed to replace the pistols, I think it’s a bonus item for reaching level 4 just like the akimbo pistols. The pistols are supposed to be a standard backup weapon for all the classes just like the knife and isn’t supposed to be replaced.

At L4 heavy weapons you must go into the menus, go to your secondary weapon slot, take AWAY your pistol, and replace it with a SMG. It REPLACES the smg, as your SECONDARY weapon. It should be on weapon bank 2.

Personally I would pay for ET if it was released in shops.

Activision should really think about doing that, have unique stuff on teh CD and that will get the fans paying. :slight_smile:

Well Mr. Magnetichead, it is good you are willing to pay for ET, as it is offered for money within the RTCW Platinum Edition, available now at your local retailer!

So put your money where your mouth is and go buy it!

we should do a fundraiser for them. for instance anyone who has a profitable site could donate a small sum to them for each requested mod or bug fix. but i only have five dollars until i get paid. then ill have ten! :disgust:

But I have RTCW, RTCW Collectors edition and Et… Im saying they should release it stand alone on the market with UNIQUE CONTENT, then I would be more than happy to pay for it.
