Now Fragger is my favorite class-don’t get me wrong. But I seem to be able to deal easily with people whose skill level is a lot higher than mine and I feel like I killed them in a cheap way. Or am I just underestimating myself?

And what exactly is wrong with having an extremely powerful ability? He’s hardly the only one who does. His grenades are stronger than nader’s but he has far less of them and they have a long cooldown per grenade. The power is warranted. He especially should not be nerfed until we see how he compares to Thunder and the balance between them.
I can tell you: unless they make thunder immune to flashbangs, he will never be picked over fragger in serious competition

To anyone that hasn’t played Fragger bu think’s he’s OP - throwing a nade does not in fact warrant Blast Master. Shocking, I know. You need to stay alive when cooking the nade, then peek out at the right moment and immediately adjust your aim or cancel, because your targets may be elsewhere. It’s harder than it looks. Come next free rotation and you’ll find out. Just like currently with Rhino.

If we were talking the lightning fast missiles that could travel a full map distance style grenades that could kill 6 people in a room easily grenades that had a shorter CD and you didn’t get a penalty for canceling a cook I’d agree with you that they are OP. But now they are simply good…like most of the other merc abilities in the game.
Knowing that fragger only has one ability with a cooldown for each nade, there is nohing wrong sith the nades being strong. like Amerika said, nades can only be thrown in short range while bullets travel a whole map at lightning speed. Thing is that you should take cover / run away when tou see a fragger holding a nade, instead of trying to kill him.

He’ll be good for eliminating campers, but camping doesn’t happen too often in serious competitions. Toss in a flashbang and run in guns blazing. His LMG has 145 DPS and a sick firerate. Good for eliminating Rhino + Aura combos and such.

Pshhhh. People aren’t going to think Fragger is balanced next time he’s free, they’re gonna think he’s UP. Just like the pubs who think Rhino, or Vassili, or Bushwhacker are UP because they suck.

Fragger is a lot better in the situation you describe. Or generally against campers. Problem with flashbang is that while useful; killing the opponent outright with a frag grenade is 5 times better.

I fail to see how Fragger is UP in any way in the slightest amount. He’s a killing class, and he kills more efficiently than any other killing class.
I think the only reasonable nerfs to Fragger’s nades should be:
- longer cooldowns
- they take longer to cook
I’m seeing a lot of people suggesting that the blast radius and/or damage should be reduced, but then that makes them pretty much the same as Nader’s grenades, except Fragger only gets two and Nader’s, if they make contact, deal a shittonne of damage to the opponent. There would be no reason to pick Fragger’s ability over Nader’s.
At the moment, Fragger’s nades are special because they CAN 1 hit KO most mercs, whereas Nader’s can’t. If you take that away, Fragger becomes kind of obselete.
(Also, for those of you who think that his nades are too strong, you’re probably just not reacting properly to the situation. If you see a Fragger cooking his nade, you move - it’s actually not that hard to dodge his nades when you pay attention and refrain from camping in the same spot)
