FPS from 125 down to 0 FPS

I never had this before, but today everytime im playing on a map i get 0 FPS for 10 seconds and then back to 125 FPS for 10 seconds then 0 FPS for 10 seconds aggain over and over…
I reinstalled ET but that didnt work :angry:
Please help me out here.

This can be caused by lag. What does your lagomater say?

My ping is fine, even when i host my own game i get this problem.
Its strange because it runs smoothly for 10 seconds and then 0 FPS aggain for 10 seconds over and over, im playing ET since it came out and i never had problems untill today :lookaround:

Is there any CPU hogging programs running in the background?
Check your task manager and have a look if anything is using around 100% CPU.

I had a problem like this once, just click end task if you have and you should get better FPS.

I had a similar problem a few days ago. Turns out another game hadn’t closed properly, and was using like 98% cpu.
