Maybe some of the founders wouldn’t that much mind that, but it isn’t just them really, devs too. They want to give some reward to those people for helping to make the game we all love. Something they can be recognized with is a just reward in my opinion

The skin is the symbol of Founder status. You only get it for being a Founder. As a Founder for other games I can tell you I would mind my things being made available again.
Even in League of Legends when they made old exclusive skins available again they gave FULL REFUNDS on the original purchase. That can’t happen for a game that’s in beta that still needs all the Founder’s funding

OP, Founder’s title is a privilege you don’t deserve. Exclusive means exclusive, being upset over this is childish. We payed $60 and supported the game before its release and got our stupid cards with crappy augments as a reward. Buying a steam account with Founder’s should be a bannable offense. For once the greedy kids with money to throw around can go suck an egg instead of being able to buy an award they did not earn.

yeah, but when was it available? If it was all the way back in 2012 then whoever heard of this game must have been following splash damage forever. I love splash damage, I bought the Brink edition that had everything included, and guess what happened, it flopped and the player base was gone, do I go around bitching and complaining that my 100 dollar purchase should have been refunded and what not? No, I only noticed this game when it was like 2013 or 2014 and if I would’ve seen a founders pack available then I would’ve purchased it, I see nothing wrong in re releasing the founders pack simply because some of us missed it because we just never heard of the game, should we be penalized because we couldn’t buy something we didn’t know anything about?! Would my money be less green or something?
The only thing I’m trying to stress is that had I known about this founders pack I would’ve purchased it, I wasn’t in the alpha for this game because I didn’t know the game existed! Can’t you be reasonable? Why is it my fault that I can’t get these skins simply because they didn’t have enough in the budget for marketing! Like I said, I don’t even mind if I just get a default loadout with no augments, I just want the skins!

Really? That’s not even close to being the same at all, and just shows how much you don’t empathize with your fellow community members. You should change that analogy to, if I knew the lottery existed I would’ve purchased a ticket.
Ontop of that, don’t you think if the skins were purchasable without all the bells and whistles of the founders status, that other people might want to buy them as well, and it might help the game further along? It’s not only something I would want, but in turn would also help the devs bring in extra money without having to do alot of work, other than just re-releasing the skins.

Greed?! I bought the most expensive edition of Brink, and when that flopped within a month did I go screaming for a refund?! What about that, doesn’t that count for anything?! And ontop of that, me saying I will give more money to the devs. on this new IP, that constitutes greed?! Are you kidding me?! they are skins, cosmetics, not some OP weapon or merc!

So, I am guessing you didn’t read the post, as you are voting and you are not a founder. I don’t know why you came here to harass me, and try to put your 2 cents in, but it was duley noted that you don’t want other people to have the skins that the founders have. But I wasn’t asking other players who don’t have the skins as they do not know or have an understanding of what it is to be a founder, so you need not apply or vote in this poll.

I really don’t think you understand about consumerism, the customer is always right, I am not asking for founders status, I’m not asking for “FOUNDER” to be displayed across my loadout card, I’m not even asking for augments to be associated with those founder loadout cards, all I am asking is for the skins, that I will gladly pay for. Why is that such a bad thing? You wanna be all hipster about it go ahead, but it doesn’t change the fact that denying the consumer content is not a good idea.
