First ever custom maps for et

So im looking for the first ever custom maps released for et. Yeh I use to play but I cant remember that far back. What was the first ever custom map cycle cause I feel a need to visit old skool! Can you remember that far back?

I remember that I played a map where there were train waggons, and I think that it was one of the very first custom maps, but that is about all I can recall. Not much I know, but maybe we can solve this riddle together …

EDIT: I found it. The map is Trainyard and the mapper is Marko:

Trainyard was the first custom map that I played in ET. It was in July 2003. There were other custom maps, by other mappers (such as Drakir and Hummer), that were in the process of being finished and released, but Marko’s Trainyard was first, for me atleast.

I guess it would be possible to make a program that scans pk3 files for .bsp files and their creation dates. However, this date varies on what date settings the creator originally had. Most of the time it can be trustworthy though.

I’d also love to know which were the first custom maps made for ET only, as in not re-edited rtcw maps. I do recall some stories about few custom maps that were ordered from ID for ET, but I don’t remember any names nor do I know how early they came in.

I remember the mansion jump tester, and the one with the trick jump portions of all the maps. However I don’t think this was the first custom map ever it was the first one I recall
