I read the same thing exactly…u have my vote. LOL
Tbh I used to go for those missions, even tough they could take a few games to complete. The only thing I wanted them to fix about them was making it so that blowing secondaries also counted, instead of only building them. That’s it, not removing the missions lol.

The majority of people asking for better cobalt solutions are people who have supported your game with purchases and this is how you treat us.

I regret every case I bought to support you
So disappointed, all faith in DB having a fair cosmetic system is gone

Please allow us or your support team to delete our cobalts. Ive asked them previously and they refused

It is a random merc. They say the ability to choose the merc is coming next but at the moment it is indeed a random merc so if you said so you were not wrong.

This is completely fucking stupid, it seems like you are money grubbing us atm. You should have done a down grade like everyone was suggesting instead of punishing players for getting a shit card they didn’t want.

Ok came up with a solution ? For the trade in problem to say the least of it.
What IF you could trade them in as it is now but it wouldent cost you the cards but only that 1 card you want to trade in + the credits fee it has now ?

I mean making credits is not the biggest problem, doing challenges and all. But getting a bronze/silver/GOLD/!!COBALT!! is rare, so what i see the problem is now that it will cost you 3 already rare cards to get a chance of getting 1 rare card wich may or may not be better then the 3 you had before… then your stuck with a fee of 2 cards fanising in thin air + the credit fee + another sucky card.

So long story short, credit fee + card you want to trade in nothing more = happy community ? Course there will always be people complaining about the credits fee.

If a cobalt card is worth 10K on the first trade up, it should be 10K fee and a 1:1 trade.

If they were trying to increase revenues by implementing this stupid trade up system, it pretty much blew up in their face. I’ll never buy another elite case again after seeing this garbage. Publishers ought to go back to a flat fee for a game, expansion packs and stop trying to nickle and dime to death through “microtransactions”–new buzzword kiddies-- the very people who support their efforts.

And Sniff was right, you do run the risk of getting the SAME COBALT you just traded in! Knowing this, you would have to be an idiot to trade up cards in this “new” system. It is pure crap.

The “fix” for Cobalts… it’s sort of like getting socks for Christmas. Like it’s the thought that counts sure, hey— at least you remembered, right!? …But it’s still just fucking socks. It’s nice you did something, but it’s… this is hilarious.

Then we will be able to trade for SPECIFIC mercs… oh well thank fuckin’ god… But there’s another problem.

Say I’ve been trying really hard for a perfect cobalt vassili card. Say I have 9 cobalt vassili cards that failed to meet my preference. I cannot trade these to try for Vassili again… (what?). I’d have to trade all my 9 vassilis for 3 random cobalt cards and 72 000 credits THEN! trade those cards for a RANDOM vassili card with 24 000 more credits. Are you guys insane? What’s goin’ on here…

Smh. If shit’s gonna be this fucking expensive, mission rewards/match credit rewards need to be fucking doubled or tripled. I mean what the fuck. Vassili alone is 30,000 creds to purchase, and they want 24000 to trade up a cobalt, plus the 30000 it takes for each of those cobalts? And every other subsequent cost (silver/bronze/etc trade-ups)?

On the off-chance I even SEE a rare and mythical 1000 credit mission, that’s still an obSCENE amount of hours of gameplay I gotta clock. Holy fuck me sideways.

This is nuts.

I called it, I knew their solution was gonna be bad. This is a slap in the face to anyone who has supported your game, myself included. I’d have to trade away literally all of my cobalts to get rid of the one Phantom cobalt I dislike… It should be a 1 for 1 trade, especially if you’re going to charge us and include RNG for the loadout!

I just can’t get happy about this update, I just keep running in old bugs, like no mission refill just now and it makes me sick that old bugs keep stacking and don’t get fixed…

From what I’ve read around the forum there’s a “giant” update coming for halloween and people have talked about the possibility of a double merc release (since halloween is just at the end of the month, making it roughly 2 months with no merc release, wich deviates from the usual 1 merc per month with 1 fine tuning patch in between…note that this is the second fine tuning update in a row, should have been a new merc patch)…but, don’t quote me on this, its just what i’ve been reading.

@MissMurder Lockon is still not working for me on Fletcher. I am getting the full brunt of this nerf even on my A31, which has lockon.
