There is nothing to discuss when near every game I can nearly call out if we are going to win or lose based on players. Remember this Asia pool is small I basically know every player just by seeing their name to see if this game is going to be carry or a steam roll or by chance balanced.
Ironically I can guess who is going to win 90% of the time as well except I don’t use names, I just look at the squad someone picked and who they start with as their character. If I’m on underground attacking and I have more snipers than medics and mechanics, I just know i’m going to lose. If someone plants C4 and nobody on my team besides me respawns as a mechanic, I know I’m going to lose. If we’re defending the end of Bridge and nobody wants to play medic, I know we’re going to lose.

They just updated the pub matchmaking algo so hopefully it helps but I think one thing it could do better is that if very few people leave the server and it rotates to the next map, more heavily weight the most recent game when trying to decide the new teams. I have played where my team gets absolutely stomped and then the server puts the best 3 players from the winning team on the same team again the next map. This makes absolutely no sense.
We only need 3 server types

 • Proving Grounds (Max Level 10)
 • Min Level 11, parties allowed
 • Min Level 11, solos only

That should cover most of everything, keeps new players from playing with vets and keeps parties away from solo players who refuse to play with friends.
But we have so many level 10 servers and like no one plays them. In Stopwatch there is only like one server that is either full or empty. Obj just has a couple more. Just wish Quick Join was fixed. More level 10s would fill up the min 10 servers.

That’s kind of the point, nobody wants to play with people who do not know what they are doing. At least after the level 10 cap they hopefully will learn a thing or two.

Problem with those min level 10, at least for me is that I don’t enjoy playing anything but 6vs6. I think that 7vs7 and especially 8vs8 are a total mess. Maps are supposedly balanced around comp (5vs5), so 6vs6 is the closest you can get to a tactical experience (in pubs). Anything over 6vs6 is just a game of who’s facing the least enemies at once…
