Yes, both maps are very good work. And doesn´t exist some tropical Axis uniforms in RTCW? There is only few maps in African environment in RTCW, so every another map in Africa is welcomed from my side. Some small mistakes in these map are not a problem. Italian flag in the middle of the airport could be (Germans took control over Italian airport due to better security for example), but SS soldiers in green uniforms in Rommel´s Afrika Korps really don´t look suitable. That´s only my proposal…

If have not uniforms for soldiers in RTCW SP-MP or ET for Afrika environment, I think it is not difficult to create them.

There are many skins for Rtcw Sp bots. I’m not sure that there are any existing African skins for the soldiers, but I agree that it wouldn’t be hard to make the skins.
