Thanks for all the feedback, interrest and the great demoreel etc. Sorry that I’ve not been around, I have been very busy with my real life. Army, new girl etc. etc. I have had absolutely no time to hang around here or work on the project. :frowning: I’ll have more time in about 6 weeks, and will see then if I’ll be able to get back to the project.

Here is the project reuploaded. This will act as a first release for now. You can reupload it if you bother so it won’t get lost again.

Well I think these maps are finished enough to release them. The stuff I wanted to do to these two maps was almost non-existant anyways. What I wanted to see was more maps. And I was working on a couple new ones.

I consider the 2 maps final. The small glitches are not worth the hassle (“The Capuzzo - syndrome”, ask Pegazus :P). I won’t go recompiling it anymore unless there is something major. Atleast I can’t recall anything major problems. I don’t remember for sure but I might have tweaked the AI etc. from scripts a little thought.

About new maps. I doubt we will see any :frowning: but it would be great if we could.

I was working on a map about ambushing BJ in a small valley when he escapes with the truck from airport, but I kinda aimed too high with the idea and the terrain. I made some nice terrain stuff but in the end failed to keep working on the map.

Then I was trying to ressurrect a project I was helping Avoc with many years ago. It caused so much anticipation and was great project but never got finished. Map was called Heat from ET. Tried to convert it to a two map terrorist mission to continue from capuzzo, but never got far with it. BJ was supposed to drive to tobruk to poison some water reserves and destroy communications and such AFAIK.

I never officially stopped working on it, but too little time and interrest. And a lot too much work. Haven’t even looked at it for over 6 months probably. But I’ll switch to laptop and check what I was on back then. Just out of curiosity. :slight_smile:
