So, since it looks like any kind of official stats website is dead for good now, I have changed my stats website to provide the only thing it has left.
If you once created a custom signature, then the most recent static images can still be linked to. I have changed the website so that you can lookup your ETQW name and find the your ID and then view a page with the existing custom signatures. Only the static URLs remain.
You can still view the “ETQW for Newbies” which I have hosted there as well.
