ETQW on PS3 FTW!

What a great idea:[ul][]It looks, feels, and plays a little different compared to the PC or XBOX versions - fall in love with the game all over again[]Always plenty of online games, and if those don’t appeal, host your own (at no cost)[]Host ranked or unranked games at your immediate discretion[]Every player on the same technical footing, no upgrades needed[]use an advanced control devise - a game controller - much more intuitive for vehicles[]Always up-to-date stats integrated into online menu system - Sony isn’t going away any time in the forseeable future[]Integrated VOIP - no need for keyboard[]The list of advantages just goes on and on…[/ul]

Aw man, you don’t need to tell us, the two of us know it is great. The rest, well not so much.

pssst, this is why I own all 3 versions of the game. If I hadn’t owned all 3 versions, I wouldn’t have met you, um be able to play against XVI the great, although I have a silver account right now, and get slaughtered by some PC clan members while I am looking at ads in the game.

Noooo how would I transfer my PC account stats? All that Stroyent may as well have been dumped on the ground to just disappear!

(XVI the Great) #4

I know, I don’t wanna re-work for all my awards.

(Stroggafier) #5

Are you trying to say that you are being constrained, held back, stymied by walls you have erected yourselves?

(XVI the Great) #6

That may or may not be the case. All I’m saying is, it would suck to have to go back and do all them. I like the awards I have…

There are a few PS3 players with more than one sign-in. A couple of them have closely ranked smurfs. One player uses his first account for infantry, the second for vehicles, another for a specific hand-held weapon.

Topping out on awards seems to have freed up some players to pursue other stats objectives.

Afterall, awards are not that difficult to get. Are they?

(XVI the Great) #8

Whoa, Srsly?

(Stroggafier) #9

Sure. Pick your favourite class, and try NOT to get an award in that class. Darn near impossible.

Some awards are a bit nutty, such as Battlesense Shield - an award for running away?

No, the shield is for taking/dealing damage.

The wreath is for just taking damage (dumb) although it might be earned by being objective ninja.
