Just curious to hear what the modders/qw engine whizzardz can think of the steps that needs to be done to have Oculus Rift support for ETQW. The QW engine is pretty open right? I guess it has to become a mod to make it possible to have the walking directions and aim position more separately.

I believe there was a Doom 3 version out there with support for OR. Porting it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.
Don’t know exactly how the OR works, but judging from the screen captures, you’d need to be able to render two viewpoints, slightly of set from each other.
Assigning the axis of viewing direction shouldn’t be too hard.
