ETQW Demo 2.0 from steam WONT START

Clue is in the title guys, fancied giving ETQW a try and got the demo off steam. installed it but i cant get it to start, dont even get an error message or anthing.

Help would be appreciated.

I don’t think the demo’s actually work anymore, you can pick up ET:QW for about a fiver nowadays anyway.
