maybe you Need to install with admin rights. i got this if i try to run a game which is not proper installed on my rig

im never wrong. installing the game does`nt matter, the user that started the, should have game user files created in their my documents folder, and some other roaming appdata folder, but they are not created
if you have the files backed up, then the game still works as normal

You’re wrong, the game works fine for me on Win7 x64. Try installing with admin rights.

its nothing todo with installing the game with admin rights, admins rights are not needed for anything,.
the user.dat in the sdnet folder in appdata is not created when you first start the game, and have to enter you cdkey to find your username account that is used ingame,. the next time you start the game, your username should be listed, and loaded from the user.dat file in the current windows logged in app data/id software/sdnet folder
