etpub user dataebase format

I am trying to convert a Jaymod user database into a silent database and the boys on the silent forums suggested to manually convert the Jaymod format into the etpub format and then use the etpub convertor tool that they have to create it. All I need to know is the friggin format that etpub uses and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Help?
